At Philo Fashion, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Since we do not offer returns or refunds, we provide a 3-day replacement policy for eligible items.

Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item received is damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The size received does not fit as expected

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

How to Request a Replacement

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Reason for replacement request

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Important Notes

  • Replacement requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

  • Customers may be required to ship the original product back before a replacement is issued.

Non-Replacement Items

The following items are not eligible for replacement:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or washed products

  • Items damaged due to misuse
